Blooma Boutique

Blooma Boutique Hotel is an approximately 1,500 square meter building that features a variety of amenities. It includes an enclosed reception area, a lobby, a bar, and a restaurant. The hotel is equipped with an elevator and a fully functional generator that can provide electricity to the entire establishment in case of a power outage. Additionally, it has a large underground freshwater tank to ensure water supply during outages and a water treatment plant.

 

The hotel also offers a laundry facility, a warehouse, and staff quarters. Guests can access two public restrooms, a saltwater pool, a hot tub, and a cold plunge.

 

There are a total of 13 suites in the hotel, which are laid out as follows:

- Eight suites with balconies (four on each floor), two of which are connecting rooms.

- Two suites on the pool deck level, each featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room.

- Two suites on the first floor, each with a spacious master bedroom, a bathroom, a full-size kitchen with an island, and a living room.

- A two-level penthouse suite on the second floor, comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, along with a large terrace that includes an outdoor kitchen and a private saltwater infinity pool with an ocean view. The second level of the penthouse features a huge master suite with a bathroom, a private balcony, and an outdoor bath and shower, all offering ocean views.

 

The construction of the hotel was completed in February 2025. It is fully furnished with high-end designer furniture from brands like Roche Bobois and showcases oversized original artwork throughout the premises.
